the plant decides, not the diary
Species, season, how much light reaches the plant and where it stands all change the answer. Spring-flowering hedging is cut in a different month from hedging that never flowers, and less comes off it. Height and shape are agreed with you first, so nothing goes that you wanted kept.
everything cut leaves with us
Prunings and green waste are sacked as the work goes on and loaded out on the same visit. Nothing is stacked at the side of the house for you to sort out afterwards.
what to expect on the day
- A walk round the garden before the price is set, so the figure matches the work.
- Tops and sides taken to one line, not to whatever the trimmer reaches.
- Beds and borders left defined, not just shortened.
